It Warmed My Heart

It warmed my heart to see the large number of people who braved the blustery weather to support our Veterans’ Honor Flight by attending Daffodil Dayz. I, indeed, thank you as the event was a huge success.

I also wish to thank the many of you who came by my table and purchased my book, The Hidden Diamond. It exhilarates me to know how many copies rest in the hands of readers. I am thrilled to share my healing journey with all who read my story through this personised work of fiction. In short, truth rests at the root of all profoundly captivating fictional-based books. Because of this, I utilize actual events within my life as the source of my novels. To write The Hidden Diamond,  I clung to my faith, for I cannot lean on my own ability to accomplish such a task.

Many People Have Inquired

After over ten years of lameness, I no longer depend on a wheelchair. Because of this fact, many have inquired about the story that exists behind how that happened. As a result, next week I will share how God restored my ability to walk. https://www.crystalmmhuntley.com/?s=Revealing+My+Healing+-+the+Miraculous+Truth Without that restoration, I could never have participated in Daffodil Dayz.

God’s grace is sufficient. His power is made perfect in my weakness. (2 Cor. 12:9) paraphrased.

“When I am weak, then I am strong.”

God Uses My weakness.

God continuously uses my weakness so that I will always lean on him. To have the strength to participate in a whole-day event like a book signing at Daffodil Dayz can only happen by trusting in my Lord. On my own, I never could have made this achievement.

God restored my ability to walk, but He did not heal me from the devastating syndrome that caused me to lose that capability. Due to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I typically lose strength after only a few hours of mild excursion and frequently require an entire day to recover. Because of this syndrome, my jaw detaches whenever I open it. Talking brings on great pain, and my body responds with stuttering and shaking—not what people want to see at an author’s event. Regardless, I trust in my Lord, who never lets us down. I rejoice in the strength my Savior gave me to make it through that day extraordinarily well.

God gave me the ability to write, and part of writing is to engage with the public about my books. God works His strength through our weakness. I maintain faith He will always provide what is needed to bring about His mighty work. His strength carries me through. “When I am weak, then I am strong.” My weakness equips me with a personal reason to testify of God’s strength.

Hopefully, you have gained value from this blog post. If you have, I would like to offer you the opportunity to purchase my book, The Hidden Diamond, BUY THE BOOK – Crystal MM Huntley, and support my mission to break the chains of abuse.
